Excluzen in association with 'Laksh Foundation' and 'The Neemrana Music Foundation' stepped ahead on March 11 to
help bring the girl child back to school by organizing a fund raising event, a
relaxed Sunday farm Lunch at Laksh Farms, Faridabad. Over the years Laksh
Foundation has been working for the child education. Laksh school have children
who walk to school from three different villages but lack of proper
transportation facilities lead to a complete absence of girls from the school.
The whole concept of the fund raising event was quite interesting, a farm lunch with camel, tractor and bullock cart rides. Followed by lunch was ‘OMKARA’ a Bharatanatyam Concert by renowned artist Pallavi Saran Gujral. All proceedings of the event went purchasing vehicle fascilating children to commute to school. The event showcased that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world. It is not the responsibility of the foundation only. It’s the responsibility of the entire society.
